Look for a highway sign that says El Nogalito, around the next curve begins a succession of condominiums at Punta Negra beach, you will see a sign that says Jalisco Vacional, then a grassy cliff overlooking a beach and a blue highway sign that says Playa Punta Negra. Punta Negra Condominium is the first parking lot past the grassy cliff, yellow building with tile roof, the building is not well marked and comes up quickly, there is a tile sign that says Punta Negra Condominiums next to the front gate.

12 Noon Check-in. 3pm Check- out. Minimum Rental For The Unit Is 4 Days. The Daily Rates Apply For All Stays Less Than 3 Weeks. We Require 50% Of The Total Rent Upon Making Your Reservation, And The Other 50% Of The Rent At Least 6 Weeks Prior To Your Arrival. To The Extent You Book Your Reservation Less Than 6 Weeks Prior, We Require 100% Of The Rent Paid Upon Making The Reservation. Upon Arrival, A $500.00 Security Deposit Shall Be Paid Upon Receiving The Keys. All holiday bookings require a 7-day minimal reservation. Please Know Our Unit Is A Non-Smoking Unit, However You May Smoke On The Balcony With The Sliding Glass Doors Shut. Children an Pets are not allowed.
