Some of the wildlife you may encounter in or near your residence may include wild flocks of parrots, parakeets, tropical butterflies, woodpeckers, and maybe even a lizard or two, as well as a wide variety of local tropical plant species.

The 4 bedrooms featured in this property include the Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub, with its own balcony and stairs to a rooftop patio. Stairs from the main living area lead to this private Master bedroom. The 2nd Master bedroom located beside the living area, features a King bed and private ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms feature Queen beds with baths just outside in the hallway.

There is a large open living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto the large full length patio, with views of the town and jungle and mountains.

The Villa is set in a gated property next to the jungle and mountainside, and has a driveway leading to the house, with a large yard area and pool, with wrap around patio in front of the house.

Located two blocks off the main street in El Nogalito, on the same road as the beautiful garden restaurant, El Nogalito, this Villa is constructed in a modern Vallarta style, with sweeping lines and plenty of windows and open patio space with views to the jungle and mountains.

Enjoy your morning coffee as the town and jungle wakes up, and listen to the singing of the local bird species.

Also featured in this great Villa is a great pool in the yard out front, air conditioning, TV with DVD and CD player (note there is no cable tv service), and a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a maintenance and garden person who visits the property 3 or 4 times a week, as well as a property manager who lives in El Nogalito.

The property is easy waking distance to numerous hiking trails in the area including one that leads to a small waterfall, as well as local convenience store for supplies, a spa by the river, plus a great local restaurant and a local church.
