Traditional & contemporary design meet to create a sophisticated ambiance embracing the flavor of Puerto Vallarta & modern Mexico in an, exquisite, oceanfront villa. Villa Balboa features spectacular oceanfront and city views, authentic cultural excursions, private cinema & on site spa experience.

Villa Balboa is fully staffed including a private house chef, English speaking concierge, chamber maids & security. Villa Balboa is located on the exclusive south shore beach of Playa Venados.

Villa Balboa is gym equipped with free weights, Pilates and yoga mats, DVDs, stationary bike and a treadmill. Exterior areas feature an infinity pool, koi ponds, dance floor, water elements, fountains and falls and tropical gardens.

VIP transfer can be arranged for transfers to and from the airport, Spa treatments can be arranged through our concierge. Villa Balboa accepts babies under 10 months old or children over 8 with supervision. A nanny or babysitting service is available upon request. Villa Balboa Spa - Enjoy a full complement of healing treatments on site in our tranquil garden areas or in the privacy of your suite. Treatments can be part of a romantic get a way, such as couples massage, or a personally tailored rest and rejuvenation vacation with yoga, meditation, organic light cuisine, daily treatments and sessions with a private trainer. The Villa Balboa Spa combines the important therapeutic aspects of massage with the simple delight in receiving pampering treatment. The therapists are trained in special areas including a licensed acupuncturist. Our menu of treatments include exotic facials, signature spa treatments, reflexology, sports massage, intuitive energy work, reiki, polarity, specialized pre-natal massage and our unforgettable 4 hands tai massage. Our concierge is a spa aficionado herself and is well versed in our treatments and packages. We would be happy to design a customized package for you to compliment your personal goals.

Rates INCLUDE VIP AIRPORT ARRIVAL PICKUP SERVICE for up to 15 guests arriving at the same time. Guests may request additional airport pickup service and pay the pickup service fee. Detailed arrival information will be provided by the villa balboa concierge.

** The one bedroom oceanfront apartment has a direct entrance via the elevator that can be locked off for maximum privacy, or access via the Asian tea garden from the rest of the Villa.

VERY IMPORTANT **Villa availability dates, policies and rates are subject to verification prior to a reservation confirmation and payment due to constant changes** Reservation Policies Villa Balboa PVRPV Reservations. A reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit. Deposit of 50% due within 7 days of reservation, if not received by this time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. An extension may be granted upon request. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Minimum rental period holiday 7 night minimum, Other times a 4 nights minimum. Cancellations. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less 30% of the gross rental price. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless Villa Balboa is re rented during the same dates at the same rate, then a the full amount is refundable less 30% cancellation fee. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS RENTALS. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. Security Deposit. 1000 USD will be required upon check in to be returned after a complete inspection has been made after check out. Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is 2 per suite including children. Villa Balboa always welcomes children up to 10 months and over 8 years old. Guest names, including children should be provided to the Villas Concierge 15 days before check in. Additional overnight unregistered guests will be charged $100 USD per night to the renter. Entertainment Policies. Villa Balboa invites guests to enjoy the common areas with friends and families. Entertaining is permitted and shall be arranged directly through the Villa Concierge to provide extra staffing or chef services as needed. Extra staff hours and catered events will be billed separately and are not included in the rental rate. Please consult with the concierge concerning additional fee rates. Unlawful activities will not be tolerated. Pets are allowed with exception and written permission. Staff. 3 daily maids, daily cleaning and turn down service. Houseman. Cooks two meals per day not including food. Concierge, reservations, activities and tours. Service is daily except for Sundays. In the event of guest arrival on Sunday our concierge will meet and greet guests at no cost to the guest. In the event that guests request service on Sunday an additional fee of $50.00 USD per staff member will be charged to the master bill. Staffing shall be arranged through the villa concierge. Rates Include VIP Airport Arrival Pickup Service for up to 12 guests arriving at the same time. Guests may request additional airport pickup service and pay the pickup service fee. Detailed arrival information will be provided by the Villa Balboa concierge. Agent inspection. Rental agent or agent representatives are granted the right to enter Villa Balboa for inspection and familiarization visit via previous appointment.
