Recently remodeled, beautiful and completely refurnished 3,000 sqft. OCEANFRONT penthouse, with three separate bedroom suites and four baths and a 75 foot ocean front balcony. There is a bar with outdoor barbeque overlooking the ocean in the large luxurious outdoor patio area and a large living/dining area which can be open or closed. Enjoy the sunset and the sound of the crashing waves from the large wrap around terrace. The Solamar Condominium building is two miles South of downtown Puerto Vallarta and about six miles North of Mismiloya, immediately adjacent to Howard Johnson's resort (formaly Playa del sol costa sur hotel).
The facilities of the hotel are available to Solamar guests including a beautiful Oceanside restaurant and bar, sandy beach and a convenience store. Taxis are always available and there is a bus stop across the street.
Take the elevator and be steps from a large breakwater area for snorkeling, fishing and swimming. A two-man kayak is available for guests upon request. There is also a large sunning area overlooking the ocean and a lovely shaded pool.
The condominium owner will make his boat (30 foot ProLine with two 225 horse outboards) available to guests for fishing, snorkeling or trips around the bay at half the normal price charged by the captain.
