VERY IMPORTANT **Villa availability dates, policies and rates are subject to verification prior to a reservation confirmation and payment due to constant changes** The names of all guests and ages of all children are required for access to the villa, names not on our guest schedule will not be admitted and there will be no refund. Deposits / Payments: High/Low Seasons: 50% of total due within 7 days of reservation. Balance/Full Payment: due 45 days prior to arrival. Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year: 50% deposit of total due within 7 days. Balance due 120 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy - prior to the first day of arrival (in writing, please) High & Low Seasons: At least 120 days: Refund less $100 cancellation fee. Less than 120 days: No refund unless time period rebooked, less $100 fee: At least 90 days: Refund less a $100 cancellation fee Less than 90 days: No refund unless re-booked; $100 fee applies on all refunds. Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year: NO refund unless time period rebooked less $100 fee. $150 extra for Sunday arrival / $500 refundable security deposit. Length of stay 5-7 nights depending upon time period. * No more than 4 children per villa aged under 10 years. Rates include the tax and full staff. Rates do not include food, liquor or staff gratuities. These rates are subject to change without notice, however, all reservations with deposit/payment will be honored at the rate in effect when taken.
Pets allowed with pet deposit. Smoking outside only.
