PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents this beautiful condo in Old Town Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
The hidden treasure of Escondido Tranquilo is packed with wonderful features to ensure that your vacation is comfortable and full of memories of the tropical Vallarta atmosphere.
Escondido Tranquilo is located in the charming neighborhood of Old Town Puerto Vallarta and is only three bocks (a five minute walk) to the popular Los Muertos beach.
Within a ten minute walk you will discover a diverse selection of restaurants, travel/tour agencies, bars, discos and a shoppers paradise of local fine arts and crafts, and wares of all types.
Accommodations of this two bedroom, two bathroom rental condominum include 1130 square feet of indoor living space, a master suite with a King size bed, 26" LCD TV and an outside balcony with partial ocean view overlooking the buildings swimming pool. The guest bedroom features two single size beds that are easily converted to one queen size bed and a stereo CD player with MP3 input. Both bedrooms have newly installed mini split air conditioning.
The living room contains a 32" LCD TV, a DVD player, a stereo CD player with MP3 input, and a sofa that converts to a queen size futon bed. There is an ample kitchen complete with appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils and glasses. Six can dine comfortably on the outside main balconly patio while there is still room for four at the indoor dinning table.
Escondido Tranquilo is the only condo in this 14 unit building that has a clothes washing machine and dryer inside. Maid service is also included twice each week.

PROPERTY POLICIES
Small pets (cat/dog) are allowed only if they weigh 20 pounds or less AND the renter will be required to provide a pet deposit of $100 US per pet. TWO PETS MAXIMUM. All holiday bookings require a 7-day minimum reservation. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit but is allowed outside on the balconies.
