This lovely, high end Puerto Vallarta Vacation Condo is located in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta. This dream Vacation Rental is simply just minutes to all sights, sounds and all the fun.
This large 1265 square foot Old Town Vallarta Condo has one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms. New deck chairs and plants on patio, Wi-Fi, safe, dryer, washer, ceiling fans, air conditioning, satelite TV in the living room and lots of art decorate this fabulous Vallarta Vacation Rental.
As well as, a comfortably modern and completely equipped kitchen with new appliances and everything the home chef would need to entertain friends or warm up a hot coco. The large spacious bedroom features a large king size bed and a wonderful contemporary ensuite bathroom. The living room couch adds an extra sleeping area as all the back cushions come out and it makes a bed the size of a twin bed.
This Vacation Rental Home also has a large balcony perfect for evening margaritas or that first morning coffee.
The building is exceptionally safe and secure. There is a gym located just on the corner. This is a delightful Bahia de Banderas Condo completely central to everything and is a proven winner.
** Satellite is not available in the bedroom. A DVD player is available for in house movies.
PROPERTY POLICIES
All occupants must sign the condo
buildings Rules & Regulations for tenants. No Pets. All holiday bookings are a minimal of 7 days.
1. NOISE:
Copa De Oro is a concrete structure with tile surfaces, so sound can easily be transferred, even amplified between floors. Please consider this in your activities so those living above and below you will be able to enjoy their time here as well.
a) Copa De Oro bylaws prohibit noise after 11PM. Activities that might be disruptive to others should to be taken inside, with doors closed, by no later than 11PM.
b) Loud music and television which disturbs a neighbor around you is not allowed at any time.
c) Wind can often slam a door shut, and send other occupants in the building out of their chairs! Secure your doors so this does not occur. Also those below will be grateful if you do not slide or drag your chairs as the sound easily transfers below.
d) Loud talking or undue commotion in the hallways that disturbs other occupants is not allowed.
e) We are proud to be a pet-friendly building. If you bring a dog(s), you will
need to do your part in keeping us that way. None of us wish to be disturbed by barking dogs, who want to protect you in an unfamiliar environment. Therefore, we request that you please keep your front door closed to avoid barking at passersby, and enclose your pet completely within your unit when you leave him unattended at home alone.
If the owner chooses to allow pets in their unit, each unit may have a maximum of two cats or dogs, each fewer than twenty pounds. Dogs must be controlled on leashes or other pet holders while in the common area. Dogs must be taken outside our grounds for bathroom breaks. Should your animal have and “accident” in the common area you must clean up after them.
2. COMMON AREAS:
a) Any area outside your private unit is considered common area of the condo association. Common areas cannot be altered except by permission of the Administrator or designee and board approval. Expenses associated with damage to common areas will be billed to the homeowner who hosts you.
b) Any areas which contain operational systems for the building, including, but not limited to, the roof and maintenance room, may be entered only with authorization of the Administrator or designee.
c) Articles which may impede corridor access by your neighbors, or are unkempt in appearance, will not be allowed. Towels, bathing suits and the like may not be hung over outside railings.
3. PARKING:
a) One parking space and one garage door remote is allotted to each unit. Additional parking space may be negotiated and then obtained with the written permission of another homeowner, if available. Cars using an unauthorized parking space will be towed away at the owner’s expense.
b) The front door and the garage door is the building’s first line of defense in our security. Failure to close the garage door upon either exit or entry will result in the loss of parking privileges in the garage.
c) Your car must be parked within its allotted space, and may not extend over to another homeowner’s parking space. Large boats or vehicles which cannot fit into the allotted space and cause access and/or maneuverability inconvenience to others must be parked elsewhere.
d) The lobby entrance to the elevator is not marked for parking, and is not to be used to park your car at any time.
4. POOL AREA:
a) Pool hours are from 9AM to 10PM.
b) Except for the Jacuzzi timer switch (located near the pool area bathrooms), other pool controls may only be adjusted by the Administrator or designee, or condo maintenance personnel.
c) Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
d) No glass is permitted in the pool area.
e) Pool use is for the enjoyment of homeowners, their friends, and their tenants only. Pool use may not be granted to anyone who does not own/reside in a condo at Copa, unless accompanied by the owner/guest.
f) Behavior around the pool and all common areas that lessens the enjoyment of the area by others, or disturbs occupants in condos near the pool, is not permitted. No adult nudity or sexual activity or conduct that would not be acceptable in a family setting is allowed. Pool parties must be approved by the Administrator or designee, with five days advance notice.
g) Babies are welcome in the pool in swim diapers. Bathing nude, or in disposable or cloth diapers is not permitted due to health concerns
