PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rentals presents Sunset Villa.
This is a brand new 3rd floor condo which is luxuriously furnished and has 2 bedrooms plus loft and 3 baths. The Greenbay condominium complex is located on the beautiful El Tigre golf course and has a very inviting pool and hot tub right in front of the building.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom located in a huge loft has 2 single beds and a futon. All beds have new posturepedic mattresses to make your stay very comfortable. All three rooms are separate from one another so 2 families could easily have privacy.
The finest materials including marble throughout and state of the art amenities including air conditioning, elevator access, 2 DVD Players, 2 TV's, DVD library, 2 IPOD chargers and stereo, alarm clocks, phone, internet and much more. A glass door in both the master and living room open to the balcony which has a pretty bistro set in which to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen comes fully equipped with full size stove and refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer.
Maid service is provided once per week at no additional charge.
The views from the deck are breath taking and include the pool, Golf course, Puerto Vallarta and the Mountains. The custom artwork includes a mural of a sunset over Puerto Vallarta that was created especially for this condo.
There is access to a free shuttle service from the Sports Center that takes you to the Shopping Mall, Private Beach Cub and Golf Club.
Renting a car is a breeze with access to one parking spot. Have a quiet family vacation or head to Puerto Vallarta. Downtown Puerto Vallarta with its plentiful Mexican restaurants and shopping till you drop is only a half hour drive away.
Paradise Village Access to: Spa's, Sports Center, Golf and Private Beach Club
For a one time small fee of US $75 per family/group (of up to five people), you can each enjoy access to the extensive activities within the resort. There are two world class spas (treatments are extra, of course) and state of the art fitness center with dozens of Lifecycle machines, weights, etc. and free aerobics, spinning, Pilates (Reformer machines), yoga and other classes, as well as men's and women's locker rooms, with towel, robe and slipper service, saunas, Jacuzzis, steam rooms, etc. El Tigre is a championship 18 hole golf course that will challenge the best golfers. There are also several tennis courts.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
At the new sports center - located around the corner within a 5 minute walk - in addition to an adult Olympic-size pool, there is a separate kids club play area and large kids sized pool with fountains, slides and other water activities with the depth only 16 inches to allow kids of all ages to enjoy.
This is an exclusive high end resort neighborhood with five star hotels, beautiful tree and flower-lined boulevard among multi-million dollar beach residences and vacation compounds within a very secure gated and security controlled area. You can safely walk among the resort's venues day or night, without worry. English is as widely spoken as Spanish. At Paradise Mall there is a full grocery store, deli, and pharmacy at your disposal. The shopping mall boasts over a dozen eating venues and restaurants, McDonalds, Domino's Pizza; sit down restaurants for Mexican, Japanese (sushi), Italian, Brazilian, Continental, and seafood cuisine.

A GUIDE TO VISITORS AND RENTERS Welcome to Green Bay Condominiums. We hope you enjoy your stay. Green Bay is a private residence and, above all else, we ask that you respect that fact and show consideration for all residents so that they may enjoy the peace and tranquility of their home undisturbed. We ask that you PLEASE READ IMMEDIATELY and follow the rules and guidelines set out below: 1. Garbage Collection: Garbage is collected from in front of each unit door between 9:00am and 10:00am every morning except Sunday. Please ensure that your garbage is properly sealed in a plastic bag and positioned in time for pick-up. If you miss pick-up, please ask the administrator to show you where the central collection point is located and take it there yourself. DO NOT leave your units garbage outside your door after 10:00am, OR in the stairwells, OR in the ashtray/garbage receptacles adjacent to the elevators or pool. 2. Pool: The swimming pool is unsupervised. Therefore, use is at your own risk with no liability or responsibility appertaining to the owners and staff of the Green Bay Condominium Association either jointly or severally. Please follow the rules set out below: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Food and drink are not permitted in and around the pool area except at the north end on the expanded apron and at the covered table. No glass is permitted in the restricted areas. Please do not litter! 3. Golf Course Property: The Green Bay property ends just beyond the pool area and before the cart path. Paradise Village (El Tigre) restricts the use of the golf course property and the cart path to golfers in play only. Walking, cycling and walking of pets in those areas is strictly forbidden on a 24 hour basis and we ask that you comply with these regulations. Once again, we ask that you respect the fact that Green Bay is a private residence and that you do not disturb the residents in any way and, in particular, in the outside corridors, either before 8:30am or after 10:30pm.
