With PV airport only 15 minutes away, the condo is located no more that 20 minutes driving from other interesting destinations, such as Bucerias, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Destiladeras, and only 30 minutes from the first class resort known as Punta Mita. There are plenty of activities such as kayaking, wind surfing, kiting, bike riding, and many more. The beach at Nuevo Vallarta is considered the most gentle and walkable beach in the Puerto Valarta area.
