New ocean front condo in beautiful Villa Magna gated community. Just finished and ready for your vacation. This 3rd floor unit has 2 bedrooms + studio and 3 baths. Both bedrooms have king size beds with posturepedic mattresses to make your stay very comfortable. Highest quality sheets and towels make you feel like you are at the spa. Master suite has a large Jacuzzi tub with doors that open to the room so you can enjoy the ocean view while soaking in the tub. The studio has bunk beds and a trundle that pulls out. This room accommodates 3 people. All three rooms are separated from one another so 2 families could easily have privacy. The living room also has a pull out sofa bed to accommodate 2 more people.
The finest materials including granite throughout and state of the art amenities including air conditioning, elevator access, DVD/VCR, cable TV, Internet hook-up, washer/dryer, board games, VHS and DVD library and many more. Full triple panel sliding glass doors in the master and living room open to the deck. Eat in or blend a margarita and head for the beach. The views from the deck are truly breathtaking.
Renting a car is a breeze with one designated parking spot. Local mall with shops, bars, and restaurants about 1 mile away. Play for hours at the pool or on the best sandy beach. Have a quiet family vacation or head to the Puerto Vallarta for it's bustling night life. 3 golf courses nearby, swimming with the dolphins, jungle tours are just a few things that await you.
