PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents this beautiful new condo in the prestigious Peninsula Towers in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
The Peninsula, located on the beautiful Playa Los Tules adjacent to the Rio Pitillal, features a brand new modern design, and features an onsite fully equipped fitness center, steam room and hot tub, private movie theater, bar and lounge area, and a business center with free internet service.
Also featured is a beautiful infinity pool in front of the beach, with ample lounge areas and palapas on the beach.
This new condominium unit features 3 bedrooms, with the Master bedroom having a King bed and ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower and flat screen TV, the 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed and ensuite bath, while the 3rd bedroom features 2 Single beds with a full bath just outside in the hall.
There is a well equipped kitchen open to a large living and dining area, with sliding patio doors opening onto the full length balcony, with spectacular views of Banderas Bay, the city, and surrounding mountains to the north and south. The Master also features a balcony with views to the mountains and city.
The living area features a flat screen Tv with cable service, wireless internet and local phone service. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The Peninsula Towers are located a short 3 minute walk from the Peninsula Plaza, which features several restaurants, shopping, a Starbucks Cafe, and even a casino!
This unit may also be rented with its sister 3 bedroom unit next door, with a secure adjoining door in the kitchen.
