The Villa features a spacious and open "Palapa" living room, a round dining area and an old Mexican style kitchen with a clay oven. There are 2 bars on 2 different levels in the Villa, as well as 2 games rooms with foosball tables and a TV room with satelite TV, and an I-pod station with a speaker system throughtout the home with individual volume controls.

There are 15 luxurious bedrooms, including one double suite and master bedroom with Jacuzzi, a fireplace and a steam room overlooking the pacific ocean. All bedrooms are ensuite with air conditioning. The rooms range from the Master Mexico suite, and rooms with 9 other King beds, to 7 Queen size beds, and 2 loft style suite, the Madrid, with 2 Single beds, and the Roma suite featuring 1 King and 1 Queen bed. 2 bedrooms, the Italia and the Polonia, feature 2 Queen beds in each suite. Each of the rooms represent a journey into prestigious ecological living.

The Villa features four large terraces, one with a large Palapa Bar on the Pool Level. It is the perfect location for special events, weddings, corporate retreats, and dream vacations.
