This great studio is located in the popular La Palapa building right on Los Muertos Beach, in the Zona Romantica of Puerto Vallarta. The very well known La Palapa restaurant is out front of the building on the beach, and offers beach service as well as open air restaurant dining.
With the location of this studio condo you will be just steps away from all the water sport activities on the beach, as well as all that Old Town Puerto Vallarta has to offer; great dining, shopping galleries and night life.
This studio features a great balcony for watching the evening sunsets, a well equiped kitchen for those times you may want to stay in and do some of your own cooking, a cozy living area with cable TV and dining area, and a Queen size bed, as well as air conditioning.
The building features a nice rooftop pool and sun deck area, and maid service is included 6 days per week, along with 24 hour security.
For stays over 30 days in low season, the owner is willing to negotiate for a reduced monthly rate.
NOTE: You may experience moderate noise due to renovations in some units in the building from May 15 until October 15.
