This beautiful Luxurious three bedroom vacation penthouse located on the seventh floor is now available in the "Playa Bonita" building right on Los Muertos Beach Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
The penthouse has everything to make your vacation a phenomenal experience for you and yours. Accommodations include, a fully equipped kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, free long distance calls to the USA and Canada with a Vonage phone, each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV including a DVD player, maid service 3 times per week. Enjoy an incredible view of every sunset everyday or a personal massage on the private rooftop patio with a romantic non heated plunge pool (which is not a jacuzzi). You are only a few steps to the private beach which is only used for the guests for this
home.
All the bars, restaurants, businesses, tours and art galleries are only minutes away. Whether for that awesome honeymoon experience or the vacation of a lifetime this penthouse is Puerto Vallarta at its best. This is the friendliest place in Mexico.
All customers must wear the Playa Bonita warm bands which is part of the New Condo Regulations.
Note that the property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach. Unit is also next to a gay hotel with entertainment at night until no later than 11:30pm.

PROPERTY POLICIES
All guests will be given a copy of the
full Rules & Regulations for Playa Bonita and are required to adhere to the Playa Bonita Policies in respect of other guest(s) and owners. Any violations of these rules can warrant eviction without any compensation. A copy of the full Playa Bonita policies can be emailed upon request ahead of arrival. Each guests will be required to wear an armband or be given a photo ID upon check in. No guests not registered or staying in the unit will be allowed to sit on the Playa Bonita beach or use the common area pool.
