This 7th floor penthouse tops the Playa Bonita Building, a private 25-unit condominium complex. Beautifully decorated and completely furnished, this spacious, oceanfront vacation rental effortlessly accommodates three couples or two families.
Long hallways buffer its three bedrooms from the main living areas. Unit's spaciousness enhanced by cathedral ceilings & open floor plan.
Accommodations include:
- Three bedrooms, each with en suite full bath, A/C and ceiling fan. Two are oceanfront.
- Additional loft sleeping accommodations for 1-2 people with a full sized bed.
- Fully-equipped kitchen, roomy living / dining areas, open to each other and to an ocean terrace with magnificent views of the Banderas Bay. The dining table seats six, with kitchen counter conveniently nearby for buffet service or extra seating.
- Cable TV, DVD, CD/Stereo, DSL and wireless internet.
- Washer / Dryer / Laundry room.
The top level of Casa BellaVista vacation rental features the unit's personal plunge pool and rooftop terrace. With chaise lounges & patio side tables, it's an ideal spot to bask in the sunshine or take in spectacular 360 degree views of the ocean, mountains and town.
Catch a glimpse of whales or dolphins as you enjoy your breakfast. Take in the afternoon beach action. Or, enjoy a massage or breathtaking sunsets over the bay. Whatever your preference, you will delight in the beautiful views from the penthouse's many terraces, including Casa Bella Vista's private rooftop and pool.
Condominium building has an elevator, a heated swimming pool on the first floor & private beach palapas for resident & guest use only. Security/front desk manned 24 hours, maid service twice/week.
***Note: The property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach. Building is across from a gay hotel with nightly entertainment - no later than 11:30 pm.
PROPERTY POLICIES
All guests will be given a copy of the full Rules & Regulations for Playa Bonita and are required to adhere to the Playa Bonita Policies in respect of other guest(s) and owners. Any violations of these rules can warrant eviction without any compensation. A copy of the full Playa Bonita policies can be emailed upon request ahead of arrival. Each guests will be required to wear an armband or be given a photo ID upon check in. No guests not registered or staying in the unit will be allowed to sit on the Playa Bonita beach or use the common area pool.
