Fall asleep to the surf and wake with coffee and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beautiful beach. Spend a sun filled day under the private palapas reserved excluslively for Playa Bonita guests or enjoy socializing at the Blue Chairs Resort located next door.
Apartamento para Amigos is equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Leave your worries at home and enjoy everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Explore the city with all its wonderful shops & galleries with restaurants and exciting nightlife, all within walking distance of Playa Bonita.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo features a King bed in both the Master and Guest room, both with ensuite bath and air conditioning.
This unit also features Cable TV with DVD and CD player, BBQ Grill (charcoal needed), high speed internet, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Recent upgrades include new bathrooms and the addition of an I-pod station and CD player. Linens and Towels are all brand new and continually upgraded.
For stays over 30 days in Low Season, the owner is willing to discount. Discount is $2,250 a month July - Sept only. Still email and verify.
Note that the property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach. Unit is also next to a gay hotel with entertainment at night until no later than 11:30pm.
PROPERTY POLICIES
All guests will be given a copy of the full Rules & Regulations for Playa Bonita and are required to adhere to the Playa Bonita Policies in respect of other guest(s) and owners. Any violations of these rules can warrant eviction without any compensation. A copy of the full Playa Bonita policies can be emailed upon request ahead of arrival. Each guests will be required to wear an armband or be given a photo ID upon check in. No guests not registered or staying in the unit will be allowed to sit on the Playa Bonita beach or use the common area pool.
