This property is a Corner unit - professionally decorated and furnished; Wraparound terrace gives light to the entire property with areas for relaxing and enjoying the views to the beach and ocean - 129 sq. meters.
The property features a Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen, with Dish Washer, Ultra-violet water purifier, and microwave; Two Bedrooms with King beds and Air Conditioning; Two Updated Modern Ensuite Bathrooms; 2 TV's with cable service; DVD and CD player; Telephone; and Laundry room with washer and dryer.
The property features a Large common heated pool with spacious decks and outdoor barbeque. There is a Private beach area with Palapas owned by Playa Bonita Association; secured entry with reception desk 24/7, Onsite manager, and Elevator.
Note that the property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach. Unit is also next to a gay hotel with entertainment at night until no later than 11:30pm.

PROPERTY POLICIES
All guests will be given a copy of the full Rules & Regulations for Playa Bonita and are required to adhere to the Playa Bonita Policies in respect of other guest(s) and owners. Any violations of these rules can warrant eviction without any compensation. A copy of the full Playa Bonita policies can be emailed upon request ahead of arrival. Each guests will be required to wear an armband or be given a photo ID upon check in. No guests not registered or staying in the unit will be allowed to sit on the Playa Bonita beach or use the common area pool.
