In the block across the street are shops, a pharmacy, a convenience store, a nail salon, a choco banana, a change outlet, a laundromat, bars and restaurants, and a taxi stand. Nearby are numerous bars, restaurants, internet locations, doctors, dentists, travel agents, and stores.
Able-bodied persons can easily walk virtually anywhere from this rental location and taxis are cheap and plentiful with a taxi stand right across the street.
This condo features 2 bedrooms, with the Master bedroom having a King bed and ensuite bath, and the Guest bedroom has 2 Single beds and its own bathroom at the door.
There is a comfortable living room and a well equiped kitchen, and a private balcony at street level that enables you to watch people as they walk by to and from the beach.
The beach has palapas, umbrellas, and chairs with waiters from the La Palapa Restaurant. You could have a great vacation in Puerto Vallarta and never leave the premises. The building has a rooftop pool with incredible views of the Los Muertos Beach and Banderas Bay.
