PROPERTY POLICIES
A signed contract will need to be signed for any reservations. After we receive the 50% deposit - your reservation finalized. The balance and a refundable security deposit of $500 payable 60 days prior to your arrival (90 days prior for holiday reservations). The security deposit is returned within 14 days after departure if there are no damages or missing items at the condo.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. - check in time is 3:00 p.m. We will make every effort to accommodate an early arrival or late departure, but when there are other guests arriving or departing on the same day we will be unable to deviate from our policy.
Must be 25 years old to rent this property. All occupants must sign the condo buildings Rules & Regulations for tenants. Guests are not allowed to have Pets.
