This newly redecorated condo features new tile flooring, new King beds, new living room furniture, a new refrigerator and washer and dryer, and is fully furnished & equipped, including new bedspreads, pillows and both beach and bathroom towels for your use.
This 1200 sq. ft. ocean front condo features 2 King bedrooms each with their own bath. This fully equipped property features satellite TV with DVD player, air conditioning and ceiling fans, as well as, cable high speed Internet service. A completely equipped kitchen with cook top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and a new water filter.
You will enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon beverage on your private balcony overlooking the beach and bay. There is an easy walk to numerous galleries, shops, restaurants and bars and the popular Olas Altas street in the Romantic Zone of Old Town Puerto Vallarta. This property is located on the fifth floor of the popular Playa Bonita building, right on Los Muertos Beach.
*** Note that the property is located directly on the beach and normal beach noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach. Unit is also next to a gay hotel with entertainment at night until no later than 11:30pm. Internet is cable high speed, cable modem is at desk in the living room with cable wire included.
*** Please make sure to tip your maid and general staff before you leave.
PROPERTY POLICIES
**All guests are reminded to return all beach towels and glasses to the unit when leaving the beach!**
All guests will be given a copy of the full Rules & Regulations for Playa Bonita and are required to adhere to the Playa Bonita Policies in respect of other guest(s) and owners. Any violations of these rules can warrant eviction without any compensation. A copy of the full Playa Bonita policies can be emailed upon request ahead of arrival. Each guests will be required to wear an armband or be given a photo ID upon check in. No guests not registered or staying in the unit will be allowed to sit on the Playa Bonita beach or use the common area pool.
