Smaller 3rd bedroom includes: Approximately 125 square feet, 1 Queen size murphy bed, No windows, Small closet with shelves, Bathroom across the hall with shower, Air conditioning, Ceiling fans, Flat screen TV approximately 14", Starchoice satellite TV, Sliding frosted glass doors for privacy.
The living room is equipped with a DVD player, Ipod docking system, CD player and there is no TV but can be moved from the 3rd bedroom and the wiring is already there for Starchoice satellite TV.
Situated on the beach in the popular Zona Romantica. You will find that the famous Olas Altas boutiques and restaurants, and of course the ever popular, Malecon are just outside the gate. Features include wireless internet service, I-pod docking station and CD stereo in the living room, and BBQ grill on the balcony.
Sip coffee in the morning and dine anytime on the beach chairs on the large patio with built in bar-be-que while enjoying the spectacular ocean view. Relax or read on the patio and watch the many boats on the water or the people walking the Malecon. If the daytime views aren't spectacular enough, just wait until sunset.
