Originally built in 1961 by Guillermo Wolff, Casa del Arroyo was completely remodeled in 2006 and is located in Gringo Gulch. Facing south, the casa has 180 degree views of portions of the town, the Sierra Madre mountains, the Cuale river and Bahia bay.
A staircase entryway leads to the three story casa which has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.
The Main level has a well-equipped kitchen, great room and interior courtyard with fountain and a half bath. The Patio level consists of a 1,400 sq. ft. patio including a 200 sq. ft. palapa with seating for 8, a pool with shallow-water sunning ledge and in-n-out bar, a second kitchen and bar with gas BBQ, and 2 bedrooms: "Las Rocas" - king and "El Jardin" - twin sofa bed. The Master level has a twin bedded room "Naranja" and the master suite "La Principal" with it's own terrace and two-headed shower and Jacuzzi tub bathroom. All bedrooms have private baths (with ceiling fan and shower), A/C mini-splits, fans and screen doors. All lights are incandescent and most have dimmers to suit your preferences.
Washer and dryer. No parking.

EVENTS: events are not allowed on this property without prior written agreement and at an additional cost. Short visits of up to 8 guests are allowed but NO OVERNIGHT guests above the maximum of 8.

SMOKING: OK IN ALL AREAS EXCEPT BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Balance - 50% balance is due 45 days prior to arrival
Cancellations - cancellations made more then 90 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less 20% of the gross rental price. Cancellations made less then 90 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless we are able to re-rent the Casa for the same dates. Then a full refund less the 20% cancellation fee will be made.
During holiday season, only Fri. and Sat. arrivals will honored.
