PVRPV presents an immaculate 1 bedroom Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rental condominium, on the beach, at the edge of Old Town and the Malecon in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. The building was pristinely renovated in 2000 with extraordinary views from the roof top terrace. Fantastic Mexican vacation location, you can relax at the roof top swimming pool and enjoy the breathtaking views of Bahia de Banderas, or walk out of the front entrance and you are right on the boardwalk The "Malecon" where you can enjoy a relaxing walk along the water. Shopping, attractions, fine restaurants, excellent dining and Los Muertos beach are only steps away, The building is equipped with coin operated laundry machines as well as an exercise room. Please note that the condo is located on a busy section of the Malecon as the unit is street facing.
No bottled water supplied with the unit. You can get bottled water from the guard at the garage and he will bring it to the unit. 24 hour security.
