PROPERTY POLICIES
1. It is forbidden to make loud noise which disturbs others after 10 p.m. in Casa Roberta.
2. TV, stereo, or radio devices shall work at a volume that can only be heard inside the apartment and shall be subject to the general restrictions on noise.
3. Renters are not permitted to have any domestic animals inside Casa Roberta or in common areas.
4. The Renters must observe, within the limits of the condominium, a decent and adequate conduct, obligating their family and friends to observe the same conduct, always respecting the rights of the other owners, and other renters.
