Villa Vista de Aves (meaning “view of the birds”) offers direct elevator access to the Conchas Chinas beach through the private Alejandro Condominiums, which has a large pool, bathroom and entertainment Palapa, for your use. The villa is within a short 15 min. walk along the beach to Old Town, or take a 3 min cab ride or bus (across the street).

This three story villa is beautifully decorated with a large variety of paintings and artwork, as well as a lovely Vallarta jungle mural on the living room wall. The spacious living room with mounted T.V. leads into the dining area. There is a large table and chairs capable of seating ten people. Sliding doors lead from the dining room and kitchen onto the side sun terrace. There, in a beautiful garden (with a waterfall fountain) is a table and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as the BBQ area. You can enjoy gorgeous views of the Banderas Bay and beautiful Puerto Vallarta sunsets from the refreshing heated infinity pool, located on the entertainment level.
