Villa Tita includes 5 bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom for kids or teens for a small additional charge daily. The villa can also be rented with an additional separated upper apartment for an additional daily rate. This self contained bedroom has an incredible view of the ocean. Villa Tita is equipped with an oversized heated pool including large terrace with a private Tennis court. You will be able to play tennis on your private lighted court built to USTA standards. The Villa main entrance is off the highway with a private secure gate. You are also able to enter the Villa from below the Tennis court and walk down Santa Barbara street and enjoy Los Muertos Beach within 5 minute walk.

Villa Tita was built in 1967 and it is located in the Conchas Chinas area of the Zona Romantica which is just south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. This Puerto Vallarta Villa rental is situated on a hillside overlooking Banderas Bay and Playa Los Muertos, one of Puerto Vallarta's most popular beaches which is a short walk away. The entire Villa property is located on more than 30,000 square feet with approximately 19,800 square feet of living area. Due to the size of the Villa there are many areas of Villa Tita that you can sit and relax and enjoy privacy or quiet time. There is no TV in the living room so you can enjoy relaxing and the fantastic sunset views. There is a small room off the dining room equipped with a small TV for your enjoyment if you choose to watch TV. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi internet in the living room area, and Ipod docking system.

The staff consisting of a cook Alicia, housemaid Rosalia and houseman Jaustino will attend to your every need with never an intrusion. The staff are there in the morning and will prepare a continental breakfast and leave early afternoon before returning to the villa to prepare dinner. Speak to Alicia about your needs for daily meals and she will take care of the rest for you. The current staff can accommodate up to 10 guests but if extra guests are added the staff will need to hire additional staff at the cost to the renters. The staff have been part of Villa Tita for many years and take care of the Villa and their guests like they were part of the villa family.

Guests Bedroom includes (2): Approximately 1900 square feet with Ensuite Bathroom, California king Size bed, View of the Ocean and City. This room is located on the main level of the Villa.

Guests Bedroom includes (3rd): Approximately 3100 Square feet, Ensuite bathroom with shower, California king size bed, view of the Ocean and City. This bedroom is located on the second level of the Villa.

Guests Bedroom includes (4): Approximately 2600 Square feet including reading room, Ensuite bathroom with shower, California king size bed, View of the Ocean and City. This bedroom is located on the second level of the villa.

Guest Bedroom includes (5): Approximately 4500 square feet, Ensuite bathroom with Shower, California king size bed, View of the Ocean and City. This bedroom is located on the second level. This bedroom can also be joined with the sixth smaller bedroom for kids for an extra charge.

Guests bedroom includes (6): This bedroom can be added for a small daily fee, $50.00 US dollars extra per night. This bedroom includes a double beds and ideal for kids. This room has an attach door to the fifth bedroom. The bathroom needs to be shared with Guest Bedroom 5.

Separate Upper Apartment (7): This room is available for an extra charge of $150.00 US Dollars per night. Approximately 1400 square feet, Ensuite bathroom, California King Size Bed, Kitchen, Fridge, Small patio and incredible views of the Ocean.
