PROPERTY POLICIES

DEPOSITS, FINAL PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS – The non-refundable reservation deposit is 50% of total rental fee in U.S. funds at time of request for reservation. A rental agreement and confirmation will be sent to confirm your request. Final payment is due 60 days prior to travel date. For all Christmas reservations, full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. All reservations requests made 60 days or less will require full payment of rental fee to confirm request. A refundable security deposit of $750 will be required on all properties. Reservations will automatically be cancelled if funds are not received in our office within 7 days of your request. We reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as cancelled if schedules are not met. An extension may be requested. If it is necessary for you to cancel we will attempt to re-rent the villa for the entire period of the original booking. If the property is fully re-rented a refund will be made, less a cancellation charge of 10% of the original reservation. Partial re-rentals or rentals obtained at a lesser rate will be refunded in the amount of the re-rental less a 10% cancellation charge. All cancellations must be in writing. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. The rate is based on a max of 2 guests per bedroom which includes adults as well as children, regardless of child’s age. Additional guests will be charged a fee of $50USD per day.
