VERY IMPORTANT **Villa availability dates, policies and rates are subject to verification prior to a reservation confirmation and payment due to constant changes** Reservation Policy: Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your 50% deposit. The balance, plus a $2,000 security-phone deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable, providing there is no damage or long distance phone calls during the guest's stay. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to 120 days: 80% of deposit is refundable. Prior to 90 days: 40% of deposit is refundable. After 90 days, no refund, unless the Villa is rebooked for the EXACT period and occupancy rate cancelled, less a $200 handling fee. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are non-refundable. Spa and Fitness: Reservations for additional spa and fitness services should be made prior to arrival and may be arranged through our office manager. Food and Liquor: The menus are selected by the guests, and all the shopping is done by the staff on an 'at cost' basis plus a 10% shopping and delivery fee, which allows our staff to visit more stores in order to find the highest quality food and beverages at the best prices. An itemized statement of the bills will be presented to the guests the day before departure from the Villa, at which time the bill is paid either by cash or travellers checks. [Please note: no credit cards or personal checks accepted.] The chefs are trained under American standards, and wash all fruits and vegetables in a purifying agent prior to their storage in the refrigerator.
