Recently Upgraded Amazing Ocean Front Puerto Vallarta Villa!!!
PVRPV Presents Quinta Laura, an amazing 8 bedroom villa located in the prestigious Lower Conchas Chinas area of Puerto Vallarta. Quinta Laura, formerly known as Casa Carol Ann, has recently been upgraded throughout, providing a completely refreshed feel in this stunning ocean front villa.
Quinta Laura has been host to both celebrities and statesmen. One of the most famous meetings held here, was between US President Richard Nixon and Mexican President Gustavo Diaz Ordaz, in August of 1970. A plaque near the entrance of the 13,000 sq. ft. estate commemorates this historic visit.
Quinta Laura has recently been fully upgraded with new paint and hi-end artwork, a new flat screen television and viewing room has been built and designed into the living area, and all new linens and towels have been upgraded in all of the bedrooms.
Quinta Laura is a multi-level 8 bedroom Villa that commands incredible views of the Bay of Banderas. It is situated amidst lush gardens, features an expansive living room, large outdoor terraces with a palapa, a heated swimming pool and sundeck. Amazingly, each bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning, with the master bedroom having two separate sleeping areas, full bar and sitting area, with the entire wing able to be blocked off from the remainder of the Puerto Vallarta Villa for privacy. In total, the 13,000 sq. ft. villa sleeps 21 people.
