PVRPV presents Casa Quinta Laura - an Historic Eleven Bedroom Puerto Vallarta Ocean Front Villa.
Since its construction in the late 60s by Mr. Thomas Wilson, founder of Wilson Sporting Goods, Casa Quinta Laura Rental Villa has been considered "the" posh address in Puerto Vallarta. With over 13,000 square feet of interior space, Quinta Laura has been the venue for lavish parties, weddings, and meetings for the rich and famous from both Mexico and America.
Most notable being the meeting between Mexican President Gustavo Diaz Ordaz and U.S. President Richard Nixon in August, 1970. A brass plaque on the wall near the front entrance of this Puerto Vallarta Traditional Villa commemorates this event.
Most recently, Quinta Laura was host to the contestants of The Amazing Race, a hit show on the CBS network. The Elimination Station, a web show featuring contestants who had been eliminated from the race, were gathered here at Quinta Laura while taping of the program was finished.

Quinta Laura's new owners not only changed the name of the house from Casa Carol Anne to its original name but have renovated and upgraded facilities throughout the Puerto Vallarta Rental Villa.
Guests will appreciate the new designer bedding from Laura Ashley and Vera Wang. Quinta Laura can accommodate up to 21 guests in 11 bedrooms. Eight bedrooms are located in Quinta Laura, one bedroom in a separate "mini casita" which offers a panoramic view of Banderas Bay, and two bedrooms (plus kitchen, private pool, and palapa) in Quinta Laurita just below the main villa. Quinta Laurita gives guests the feeling of living in the trees while directly overlooking the stunning Vallarta beach.
Quinta Laura is set amongst lush tropical landscaping. The interior features an open floor-plan ideal for large groups. The living-room is large enough to accommodate parties/receptions of 100 or more comfortably. Quinta Laura's exterior has the feel of a small resort and features a large main pool, expansive terraces, a poolside palapa, and a sundeck which provides 180 degree views of the Bahia de Banderas. Each bedroom comes with individually controlled air conditioning units and an en suite bathroom.
