Spectacular 11,000 square foot compound in the prestigious Lower Conchas Chinas residential area of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This sprawling Villa has 6 levels and numerous terraces and entertainment areas, making it perfect for large groups, family reunions or corporate retreats. With the friendly attentive staff, immaculate gardens and waterfall, you feel like a pampered guest at a boutique hotel. Located on the scenic Mismaloya highway on the edge of town, you are close to local restaurants, bars, tour agencies and just a short walk to a sandy beach. There is a large heated pool and full staff. Accommodations include 5-10 bedrooms with private baths (6 with a/c and 3 with kitchen studios).

Restrictions: 2 people per room, Maximum 20 persons. All holiday bookings require a 7-day minimal reservation.
Rental Policy:
We require a 50% deposit on booking with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking date is less than 60 days we require 100% at booking. A 60-day notice for cancellation for refund, less 20% handling fee. All holidays are nonrefundable.All Holiday Payments are 100% due 90 days prior to arrival.
