Bedroom number one is located on the main level, it features a King size bed, ocean view, a walk-in closet, air conditioning, seating area and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The Master bedroom is located on the upper level featuring a King size bed, air conditioning, private sitting area, a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a small TV, a large walk-in closet and a private balcony. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the lower level, the third room features a King size bed, a walk-in closet with a safe, air conditioning, and an ensuite bath with a shower. The fourth bedroom features a King size bed, air conditioning, a smaller walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with a shower, a small TV and a private balcony.
Castillo Encantada is designed in the Careyes style with clean contemporary lines infused with organic elements such as Palapa roof and river rock accents. High end architectural details include expensive hardwood cabinetry and stone countertops. This incredible luxury villa for rent is professionally decorated with imported furnishings from Bali. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a 4 burner stainless steel cooktop, refrigerator, 2 sinks, purified water system, a walk-in pantry room, a dishwasher and disposal. The media room has a large flat screen TV with Sky, a living area for 6 and a small games table for 4. The rental villa also features full staff, high speed wireless Internet and purified water throughout.

VERY IMPORTANT **Villa availability dates, policies and rates are subject to verification prior to a reservation confirmation and payment due to constant changes** • Reservation policy – a reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit. • Deposit - 50% due within 7 days of reservation – if not received at this time, reservation will be automatically cancelled. Please advise if you need extension. • Balance – 50% due 90 days prior to arrival • Minimum rental period – Holidays -7 nights other times 5 night min. • Cancellations – NO REFUND FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS RENTALS -cancellations made more then 90 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less 30% of the gross rental price. Cancellations made less then 90 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless we are able to re-rent the villa for the same dates. Then a full refund less the 30% cancellation fee will be made • Rates are subject to change without notice. All reservations with deposit will be honored at the rate in effect when taken. • Right to Enter - The Agent or Agent representative shall have the right to enter the Premises at any reasonable time during the term of this agreement to inspect the Premises and to undertake and perform such duties and responsibilities that they shall have as lesser of the premises under this agreement
