VERY IMPORTANT **Villa availability dates, policies and rates are subject to verification prior to a reservation confirmation and payment due to constant changes** Rates include the service of housekeeper, cook and English speaking host. Cost of food not included. Payments: Casa Tres Vidas requires a 50% deposit due at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and 90 days for holiday bookings. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Upon cancellation deposits are only refundable if space can be re-booked for the exact same dates minus a 25% service fee. No credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Rates quoted on a nightly basis. Three night minimum stay in low season, five night minimum in high season, seven night minimum stay for holidays. Rates are subject to change. |
