This beachfront Villa offers some of the best views in Puerto Vallarta. Vida Alta is a 5,000 sq. foot penthouse three level Villa with 3 spacious bedroom, 5 baths plus a rooftop terrace, private pool and wet bar. The open-air main living room/dining room area offers a heated Jacuzzi framed by hand carved cantera columned arches. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The Villa comes fully staffed with English Speaking Houseman, daily maid service, nightly security as well as a private chef to provide prepare two meals a day.
Discover our enclave of three beachfront villas located in Mexico's Pacific Rivera. Casa Tres Vidas (House of 3 Lives) are 3 or 4 bedroom villas that can be rented seperately or combined to create a 6 or 7 or 10 bedroom compound located just minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta.

PROPERTY POLICIES
VERY IMPORTANT **Villa availability dates, policies and rates are subject to verification prior to a reservation confirmation and payment due to constant changes** Rates include the service of housekeeper, cook and English speaking host. Cost of food not included.
Payments: Casa Tres Vidas requires a 50% deposit due at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and 90 days for holiday bookings.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Upon cancellation deposits are only refundable if space can be re-booked for the exact same dates minus a 25% service fee. No credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Rates quoted on a nightly basis. Three night minimum stay in low season, five night minimum in high season, seven night minimum stay for holidays. Rates are subject to change.
