This newly constructed Villa in prestigious Conchas Chinas in Puerto Vallarta is designed for the luxury oriented traveler desiring an exposure to a refined decorative theme of suburban Colonial Mexico.
With over 8000 square feet of room: 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, an infinity pool with tremendous views---the villa is filled with numerous items reflecting the artistic and decorative talents of native Mexican artisans.
Ceilings are found of several brick designs, colored tile and rafters, as well as painted motifs. Ceramic pieces are found thoughout the villa offering some of the work of Mexico's finest ceramicist.
Unusally intricately carved doors are combined with hand carved furniture. Carved stone cantera columns surround the internal courtyard consistent with the Spanish Mediterranean heritage of Mexico. Handcrafted chandeliers luminate the villa.
Four of the five bedrooms open with a terrace and dramatic vistas of the Bay of Banderas and the surrounding semitropical jungle. The fifth bedroom is enlightend with a elaborately painted ceiling and hand carved rafters. The villa is fully air conditioned with all modern amenities.
