Casa Septiembre Villa Property Policies |
In the event of a cancellation after the deposit is received, or more than 120 days prior to travel date, a $200.00 facilitating fee will be charged. If cancelled 120 to 45 days prior to travel date, 25% of the total rental fee will be charged. If cancelled 45 days or less prior to travel date the total amount paid will be forfeited. However, payments and deposits are refundable if the accommodations are re-rented for the same exact period cancelled, less a $200.00 facilitating fee. All Holiday reservation/booking deposits are non- refundable. Holidays require a 7-day minimal reservation. This includes, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter Week. Children and pets are not allowed. All Holiday Payments are 100% due 90 days prior to arrival. |
