This charming beachfront villa, built in the traditional Mexican Beach House style, this villa has been newly decorated in a rustic and colorful, eclectic decor. Located approximately one and one half miles south of the city of Puerto Vallarta on the sought after lower Conchas Chinas beach. All the bedrooms are Air Conditioned including the childs bedroom, this villa can sleep up to sixteen guests. All rooms overlook the large swimming pool and a beautiful white sandy beach below. The enticing pool and sun terrace are perfect for entertaining with its large palapa bar, lush tropical plants, and fantastic views.

PROPERTY POLICIES
VERY IMPORTANT **Villa availability dates, policies and rates are subject to verification prior to a reservation confirmation and payment due to constant changes** In the event of a cancellation after the deposit is received, or more than 120 days prior to travel date, a $200.00 facilitating fee will be charged. If cancelled 120 to 45 days prior to travel date, 25% of the total rental fee will be charged. If cancelled 45 days or less prior to travel date the total amount paid will be forfeited. However, payments and deposits are refundable if the accommodations are re-rented for the same exact period cancelled, less a $200.00 facilitating fee. All Holiday reservation/booking deposits are non- refundable. Holidays require a 7-day minimal reservation. This includes, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter Week. Children and pets are not allowed. All Holiday Payments are 100% due 90 days prior to arrival.
