While to most, being able to dip our toes in the cool waters of Banderas Bay within mere steps of the villa is, in and of itself, the definition of paradise, Casa Karma boasts many other features not found in most other nearby villas.
PROPERTY POLICIES
VERY IMPORTANT **Villa availability dates, policies and rates are subject to verification prior to a reservation confirmation and payment due to constant changes** We require a 50% deposit on booking with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. All Holiday Payments are 100% due 90 days prior to arrival. If the booking date is less than 60 days we require 100% at booking. A 60-day notice for cancellation for refund, less 20% handling fee, if re-rented. All holidays are nonrefundable and require a 7-day minimal reservation. There is a $500 dollar refundable security deposit required.
