Casa Karma Villa Property Policies |
We require a 50% deposit on booking with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. All Holiday Payments are 100% due 90 days prior to arrival. If the booking date is less than 60 days we require 100% at booking. A 60-day notice for cancellation for refund, less 20% handling fee, if re-rented. All holidays are nonrefundable and require a 7-day minimal reservation. There is a $500 dollar refundable security deposit required.
