Experience the villa lifestyle in this spacious 7,000 sq. ft. villa, with 4 bedrooms in the main house plus two attached 1,000 sq.ft., air-conditioned one bedroom apartments with living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, private bath, TV, Stereo sound system, seperate pool and private balconies with views of Banderas Bay in the lush tropical area south of the city known as Colonial Conchas Chinas. The panoramic view of the Bay, from the terraces of Casa Copa de Oro, is incomparable for a villa situated only 100 ft. above the ocean. View the fantastic sunsets from the terrace and covered sitting area. The views from the new sun terrace are also fantastic and this large 1,000 sq. ft. terrace can be used for outdoor dining, buffets, weddings and special events. The new terrace also includes a Jacuzzi. All bedrooms can be enclosed for use of air-conditioning or open to tropical sea breezes and all have private bathrooms, ceiling fans, TV's and i-Pod docking stations. Some of the other amenities include a private heated pool, pool side bar, cable TV, Stereo sound system with MP3 or i-Pod hook-ups, CD/DVD player, High-Speed Internet or Wireless computer hook-up, BBQ, and a wonderful staff of five to pamper you throughout your stay.

VERY IMPORTANT **Villa availability dates, policies and rates are subject to verification prior to a reservation confirmation and payment due to constant changes** In the event of a cancellation after the deposit is received, or more than 120 days prior to travel date, a $200.00 facilitating fee will be charged. If cancelled 120 to 45 days prior to travel date, 25% of the total rental fee will be charged. If cancelled 45 days or less prior to travel date the total amount paid will be forfeited. However, payments and deposits are refundable if the accommodations are re-rented for the same exact period cancelled, less a $200.00 facilitating fee in addition to a 20% administration fee. All Holiday reservation/booking deposits are non- refundable and require a 7-day minimal reservation. This includes, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter Week. All Holiday Payments are 100% due 90 days prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed. Kids are allowed. Non Smoking Extra Person charge will apply if guests are more then 10 people. The extra person charge is $50.00 per night, per person when six bedrooms rented. For young child. 5 years and under, sharing rooms with parents, there is no extra charge.
