Located in a quiet colonia of Puerto Vallarta and nestled right along side the river that flows through downtown, this beautiful traditional Mexican home offers tranquility and privacy. You will feel like you are miles from town, but will only be a short 5 minute drive to all the action of Old Town Puerto Vallarta.
This 1 bedroom home features a Queen bed in the Master bedroom and 2 Single day beds in the living area. Also featured are 1 and a half baths, a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and wireless internet service, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, and a charcoal BBQ on the patio.
This home is located on a closed to traffic street about 2 blocks from the main square of Colonia Paso Ancho, right on the Rio Cuale, and across the river from the well known Cuale Paradise restaurant.
