This wonderful four bedroom (one with AC), three bath home just five minutes walk from down town, Puerto Vallarta located one block from the Cuale River on a cobblestone street (away from the hustle and bustle of the luxury hotels and comercial areas like the marina). The beach is 10 blocks away(5 min. by car ), 5 blocks from open-air markets, shopping, art galleries and an Internet cafe. The house is spacious, clean and has cable TV, telephone, answering machine and fax. Neibourhood restaurants and small groceries are close by and the bus stop is only 1 block away. Accommodations also include a rooftop Terrace with complete Bar (refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishes, and glasses), TV/VCR, stereo and cd player, Jacuzzi, Propane BBQ, patio furniture, bar stools and a dining nook with a glass-topped table.
