This 3 level Villa features over 4,500 square feet of living space, including a large patio with common salt water pool and wet bar with BBQ, large wrap around balcony's on the second and third levels, and a fully equipped kitchen, all set in an open design.
The Villa features 4 bedrooms, with the Master bedroom encompassing the entire third floor, with a King bed and ensuite bath, and large balcony doors opening onto a large balcony. The remaining 3 Guest bedrooms feature 2 Queen beds and 2 single beds, all opening onto the pool level patio. The bottom floor middle bedroom features 2 twin size beds, while the 3rd and 4th bedrooms include a queen size bed each and share a bath. All of the showers feature a rain shower head.
The fully equipped kitchen and living area are located on the second floor, and open onto a large balcony. The living room features a large flat screen TV with Cable service. Wireless internet is available and local phone service, as well as unlimited long distance calling to the US and Canada and I-pod docking stations. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The community is set in the lush jungle just a few minutes walk to the beach and Old Town Puerto Vallarta, and the property features a common area salt water swimming pool, gym and partial views of the ocean.
