Las Moradas – Casa 14 is a beautiful two-story villa in the hills of Amapas overlooking the Bay of Banderas, Old Town, and the Sierra Madre jungle. Las Moradas complex is a group of 14 Villas recently constructed in Amapas, overlooking the Bay and Old Town, and features a great double level pool and sundeck area in a private complex.
The rental home has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings in the living area, a fully equipped large kitchen and dining area with all the amenities you may need such as: dishwasher, disposal, cook top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, washer and dryer.
The casa features 2 bedrooms, with the Master having a King bed and ensuite bath with jetted tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom is currently set up with a King size bed and an ensuite bath.
This villa offers serenity, yet it is a short 7 minute drive into the fun, restaurants, clubs, and shopping of the Romantic Zone, Old Town, Centro, etc. You will love Las Moradas Casa 14!
