PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents this beautiful Villa - Condo for your next vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
This is a beautiful two-story villa in the hills of Amapas overlooking the Bay of Banderas, Old Town, and the jungle. Here are the details:

The Villa features 3 bedrooms, with the Master having a King bed and ensuite bath with jetted tub and walk in shower. There is a large walk in closet with windows that for long term renters could be used as a childs room or office, adjacent to the Master bedroom. The second bedroom is currently set up as a sitting area with 2 pullout sofa futons, and ensuite bath. The main floor bedroom features 2 Single beds also with ensuite bath.
The main floor living area is of an open design, and has a large wrap around balcony with a view to the jungle and bay. SKY Satelitte TV service is featured and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
This villa offers serenity, yet it is a short 5 minute drive into the fun, restaurants, clubs, and shopping of Old Town. You will love Las Moradas and this
special home.
Just 5 minutes away is the Puerto Vallarta you've heard about, with cobble stone streets and red tile rooftops covered in bougainvillea. Here you can spend the day people-watching on the beach (Blue Chairs is a famous destination in the gay community) or browsing through the dozen of shops and galleries. Olas Altas boasts dozens of outdoor bars, cafes and restaurants, while Basillo Badillo (which intersects Olas Altas) is fondly called "Restaurant Row" by locals. Be sure to try the lobster tacos at Daiquiri Dick's, the chicken satay at Apaches and the machaca burritos at Memo's Pancake House. Late-niters usually find themselves saddled up to the bar at Andale or dancing at Roxy's or Manana.
For the more athletically minded there is also bungy-jumping, parascending, horse-back riding, canopy tours, sport-fishing, whale-watching and lots of fun day-excursions. There is also an excellent gym and spa just at the entrance to Old Town less than 5 minutes drive away.
Las Moradas complex is a group of 14 Villas recently constructed in Amapas, overlooking the Bay and Old Town, and features a great double level pool and sundeck area in a private complex.
This property is available for both short and long term rentals. Long term special: $1,700 per month if renting for six months or more.
