Only a seven minute walk to Puerto Vallarta's famous Los Muertos Beach. This spacious Four-bedroom, four-bathroom property (apartment plus house) is part of a three-unit complex. There is an optional fifth bedroom if you prefer five bedrooms!
If rest and relaxion is what you are looking for, look no further. Start your morning drinking coffee on your balcony and watch the Bay of Banderas come alive. With a fully equipped kitchen, pool, Internet and satillete TV you may choose to never leave this traditional Mexican-style home.
The house features a main floor bedroom and bath, with the master bedroom located on the second floor with separate bath, and a rooftop patio with partial bay views.
The living room in both the house and apartment features Sky satelite tv and both the master bedrooms have air conditioning and a balcony with partial bay view.
Common area features pool and spacious patio area with gardens and partial bay view.
Property can be accessed from the upper street entrance, or accessed from the lower street level, with 70 stairs to the common patio area.
This unit can be rented seperately as a 2 bedroom unit, a 3 bedroom unit, or rented together with Casa de Tranquilidad to be either a 4 or 5 bedroom unit.
