PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents this beautiful ocean view condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
This condo features great views of the city of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay,located just a few minutes away from Old Town Puerto Vallarta and the Zona Romantica.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo features 2 King beds and ensuite baths in both bedrooms, with air conditioning in the Master.
There is a large balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or the evening sunsets over the bay.
This unit features wireless internet, a Skype phone for long distance calling, as well as a local phone, Cable TV, DVD and CD player, and laundry facilities. Maid service once per week is included.
While this condo is located a short walk to Old Town and the Beach, local bus service is available every 10 or 15 minutes until 11pm, and taxis are always available.
This property is available for short term or long term rentals. Note that there is an upper entrance allowing you to go down about 15 stairs to the entrance to the condo, rather than up from the main entrance. The building is directly on the Mismaloya Highway.
