PV, as it is referred to by locals, is synonymous with art and there is plenty to be found, whether at various local flea markets, tiny intimate shops or some of the finest galleries to be found on the Pacific.

Completed in 2009 this masterpiece crossover of traditional Mexico and Euro-modern will serve as your private oasis in the intimate romantic zone, perched a short walk up Amapas Mountain. Take in spectacular views of the ocean and the town including Lady of Lourdes Church by day and the daily fireworks display set off from deck of Puerto Vallartas local pirate ship upon its return from its dinner. Or take a 4 minute stroll for your own dinner to the world-renown Vista Grill.
Amenities include 2 king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, one 5 piece, the other a 3 piece bath. The enormous shaded balcony provides a dining facility complete with a Vermont Casting Barbeque.
The building features a state-of-the-art Jalapa gym and your exercise regimen will continue to offer spectacular views of Banderas Bay, as does your pool only a few steps away from your front door.
