PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents this beautiful condo in the prestigious Amapas area of Puerto Vallarta's south side.
This condo is located just above the famous Los Muertos Beach and a few minutes walk to the Romantic Zone and South Side Puerto Vallarta.
This property and complex are built in the traditional Mexican Vallarta style, with generous use of brick, stone and tile work, all in an open design to the outside green areas.
This condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Master bedroom features a King bed and ensuite bath, and the Guest room features 2 Single beds and ensuite bath.
There is a full kitchen and dining area and a large living area opening onto a large terrace and green space, with a BBQ on the terrace. The Master bedroom also opens onto this large terrace.
The building features a great pool and sun deck area, a rooftop lounge area, a TV lounge room, a small gym and wireless internet access at a weekly fee of 25 usd. It is an easy walk down into town and to the beach, and is a good walk back to the complex, or an inexpensive taxi ride of $4 or $5 dollars.
