PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents this beautiful newly updated condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
This luxurious two bedroom two bath home is stunning, spacious and is located in the preferred area of Amapas, just above Old Town Puerto Vallarta.
Recent upgrades include new paint throughout, a new kitchen with Granite countertops, disposal, and new stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have new tile and shower doors. Both bedrooms have new wide screen TV's with the Master having a Blue Ray DVD player and the Guest room a DVD player. The mini split air conditioning units are brand new as are all the ceiling fans. There is also a brand new washer and dryer in the laundry room.
This two bedroom home features a King bed in the Master bedroom with ensuite bath and opens onto the large terrace balcony. The Guest bedroom also features a King bed which can be split into two Singles, and has its own bath just outside in the hall.
The vacation home features a large terrace balcony with a wonderful partial view of the Bay of Banderas, is huge with a three piece sitting area and an area for dining. This building has an elevator and a wonderful, well landscaped pool area, and a pool heated to 81 degrees. The unit also features high speed internet and local phone service.
The building has security gates and is extremely clean and well kept. The homeowner of this home has gone the extra mile to make sure you enjoy a wonderful carefree vacation. Just five minutes down to the beach this vacation rental is a real find and represents Vallarta style and exquisite design.
