Casa Tres Angeles is located on the south side of Puerto Vallarta just a few minutes from downtown and the famous Los Muertos Beach.

A wonderful view of the Bay and jungle are yours to enjoy. The home is open to the outdoors.

You enter Casa Tres Angeles from a funicular (horizontal) elevator that stops in front of the gates to the Casa. Upon opening the large wooden doors you enter onto a beautiful terrace with the pool. The terrace has palm trees, bougainvillea, copal de ore, rubber plants, and cardinal plants in terra cotta pots. There is seating on the terraces for fourteen people.

Add a little Mexican flavor to your life! The two-story townhome, which is part of a 6-story building, is built in the old Vallarta style with stucco, stone, and brick. Most of the rooms have beamed ceilings, which add to the charm. Fantastic brightly colored Mexican tiles are used in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath and master bedroom with an open-air ensuite bathroom. The step down living room and the dining area have a spacious feel to them, having a view of the terraces and the Bay of Banderas. Cable television and DVD/VCR player are available in the living room.

The master bedroom has a king bed and opens onto one of the terraces. Cable television and a DVD/VCR player are located in the room. You can have your morning coffee out on the terrace enjoying the beautiful plants. The bathroom has two sinks, a toilet and bidet and step down Roman tub looking onto a planted outdoor garden space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishes, and pans. Bar stools add to the seating for the area for that morning cup of coffee or snack. There is a washer/dryer in the utility room.

Follow a winding staircase to the second floor where there are four bedrooms, 3 with king size bed and 1 with twin beds. One bedroom has a bathroom ensuite. The other three bedrooms share a bathroom with a very open feel to it. You can shower looking out towards the bay.

The two bedrooms facing the Bay share a terrace with seating for 4 people. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

There is off street parking for one car, and maid service is included 6 days per week. Wireless internet and local phone service are also included.

In addition to the units private heated pool, the building complex also features a large heated pool and sundeck area.
