Enjoy spectacular beach sunsets and ocean views from the large terrace that features a private pool and full bar. All rooms in this Mexican-style condo/villa face the open terrace and pool and provide ocean views.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a round ensuite bath with a circular tub. The second bedroom has a full-size bed. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 ½ baths and a living room with cable TV and DVD player, plus a small stereo.
Located in the Amapas area, just south of town, you are within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping and services.
Guests can enjoy additional spectacular views from the building's roof-top palapa or swim in the second roof-top pool. The funicular (mechanical lift) provides easy access to the street for either walking or hailing the numerous cabs.
Note that the in unit pool is not heated.
